Crosshair Creations ("we," "us," or "our") provides drone photography, aerial media, and search & recovery services in Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us, request a service, or submit a form on our website (including real estate, construction, business photography, or emergency animal recovery requests), we may collect:
If you book a service through Square, Square's own privacy practices govern the payment and scheduling information you provide directly to them.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Providing your phone number allows us to call you to coordinate your request — this is required to use our services. Text messaging is separate and optional: on our request forms, you can additionally check a clearly labeled, optional box to consent to receive text messages from Crosshair Creations about your request. You are never required to opt into texting to use our services; we can always reach you by phone instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances.
We use a small number of service providers to operate our business and deliver the communications you've requested — for example, a payment processor to handle bookings, and infrastructure providers that transmit the emails and text messages we send on our own behalf. These providers act only as our processing agents: they do not use your mobile number, opt-in status, or consent data for their own marketing, and we do not authorize any such use. Their involvement is limited to technically delivering the communication you requested from us.
We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver our services and maintain accurate business records, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.
You can ask us to update or delete the information we have about you, or opt out of text or email communications, at any time by contacting us using the information below.
